We will now consider God’s eternal plan and purpose. Three relevant verses will be discussed (underlining and red were added to emphasis a word or phrase explained later). These three verses are taken from the Pauline Epistles, written specifically for the Age of Grace. The words “you and us” are referring to those who were already believers. Now Paul is explaining to those believers “how” they became saved, and this applies to us.
